I said I like your shoelaces to someone once and I could legit see the war flashbacks in his eyes. Looked about 50 years older in like 5 seconds and he opened his mouth but didn’t say anything. It still haunts me because I KNOW just he was going to say it. Why’d he chicken out 😭
